I absolutely love my massage therapist here. However this location is in need of help. The waiting area is the lobby, no separate room like the Green Valley Parkway location. The lobby is outdated and bright. The GVP location also offers a nice selection of teas which Marks does not.
If you are in one of the back rooms there is noise from the parking lot and Marks Street. I also had a billing issue that the front desk had no interest in helping me with. As others have mentioned, they can be very pushy trying to upsell you several different options.
If it wasn't for my therapist that I love, I would not come back here.
