Never yelped on my bank in the past. Have been U.S. Bank customer for about 15 years. Have lines of credit, loans with them, etc. I deposited a 40K check from my Fidelity account so we can pay contractors working on remodels for our house. They allow me 5K after two days, but have to wait a week for the rest! It's a cashiers check for god's sake!!! The person I talked to gave me a bunch of mumbo jumbo and then blamed it on my branch for not releasing the funds. Can they really not spare 35K from their millions of dollars? If not, that's pretty scary. It reminds me of a credit union. I will be pulling all of our accounts and move to a bank that appreciates long term relationships. Customer service is at an all time low.
