To use the automated kiosk for check in, I needed to speak to a representative due to an issue and the line was SUPER LONG and there was only ONE person was at the front desk, during the check in rush! I had to contact PH 4 times prior to my visit and they did not go above and beyond. Quite the opposite actually - they didn't resolve my issue at all - which is why I had to wait to speak with the one employee working the front desk during check in.
Great location on the strip, short drive from the airport. Plenty of variety for restaurants Inside of the casino and PH is located next to the Miracle Mile Mall which was nice.
I booked an Ultra Hip Room with 2 Queen Sized beds. The bathroom was very spacious - had a large tub and a separate shower and a separate area with a door for the toilet. The bathroom was nearly half the size of the room!
Hallways are bright. Elevators were fast. Rooms are modern and clean but walls are paper thin. Rooms are not fancy or luxurious in any way.
Big CON: the internet reception is AWFUL in the rooms!
