My sweet husband gave me the Mi Amore package for my Valentines Day gift. My sister was visiting this weekend so she purchased the package as well and joined me for a salon day. Part of the package, was a shampoo and hair styling. I asked the stylist to use a curling iron because I love how long the curls stay. She said "I'll just blow dry it out." I feel if you pay for any service you should be able to get what you ask for... I wasn't asking for something crazy, at least I don't think so. Then the hairstylist went to go check if I had any services left, she came back and said I was done. I checked out, left tips and met my sister outside. She asked if I got the makeup application and I said no it was never offered even though it was part of the package. I went back in and asked, they checked and had the makeup artist come grab me from the front. I feel like it was extremely disorganized and rushed. Won't return.
