Called to try to set an appointment there were 3 people ahead of me that's fine. So I gave them my number to call back when it was my turn like the extension said. I called back a hour and a half later without receiving a phone call only to learn there is now 7. Wtf??? Im just trying to set an apointment now I'm risking a phone call while I am at work that could get me in trouble. Will call back when I'm off work because I'm pretty sure they'll never call me again. *facepalm.
