Horrible experience. Every time I call to make an appointment or ask a question, I know the hold times will ALWAYS be greater than five minutes before I can actually reach someone. The exam process is rushed and a majority of my issues were only nominally addressed. One of my concerns is that I'm dealing with depression. My primary care doctor was on maternity leave, so I saw a different doctor. He placed me on a medication that I've used in the past and know it works. For the month I was on it, the results were great. When I needed a refill, I scheduled an appointment with my primary, who subsequently took me off the medication and offered me other medications that I've tried and have had little to no effect. The doctor should be there for me, listening to me and my needs, and doing what is in my best interests while considering my wants and needs... not just what she thinks, regardless of my opinion or experience. As a result, I am now looking for a new medical office.
