I've had my fair share of horrible salon experiences, but this one takes the cake. I must have gotten the 2 nail techs who had the worst day. Everyone around me, super polite, offering a drink menu, nail menu etc.... I wasn't offered a single menu, or if I needed a refreshment. I was sat down, sat there for quite awhile before actually getting started. No one even said hi, how is your day? The nail techs decided that I was to have my feet and hands done at the same time. Which I do not prefer. A UV light was placed in my lap, while getting a pedicure, and expected to stay still but still move my legs. The pedi was quite painful, she made my toe bleed. My nails were jagged, and uneven. Everyone else seemed to be having a great day, smiling laughing and having conversations. Not one word was said to me, just lots of huffing and frowning. I wish I had the same experience that everyone else seemed to be having. Not this time. I hope this finds it to the right attention, there is a huge area of opportunity here.
