Went to the 861 Coronado ctr office as new patient, was told to arrive early we arrived 26 minutes early! Didnt get asked to do paperwork for another 25 minutes later, when I started my husband's paperwork I was called back to desk to only be told " his Dept of Defense Military ID was not sufficient! My husband is house bound and his military ID has an indefinite expiration and has been excepted for 3 other Dr's office and Sienna Hospital, really??? At least check that out before having us sit there for 25 + minutes!
