I know a few people who volunteer here, and have stopped in from time to time. I think it's an offshoot of Hospice of the Valley. I stopped in the other day cause I was going to Andre House, and had a little time to kill. I looked around, then saw they had a fill-the-bag for $15 in the back warehouse. Not knowing what size bag they were talking about nor what was available, I thought I'd check it out. It's one of those plastic bags one gets in the grocery store. I thought, "Gee, can't put much in that bag." Well, guess what?? I can. I was told the trick is to roll them up. I got four men's shorts, seven men's dress shirts, and five women's blouses. And the clothes were nice. Not frayed and out of style. It must have been the main store was too full and they had nowhere to put these items. I took them down to Andre House, and they will give them to the people they serve. I think I got a really good deal for my $15.
