Funny how this busniess responds to complaints on yelp vs via the phone. I spoke to the owner lisa on 2/26/2018 and she told me her tech messed up and they could have misdiagnosed this. I know her tech messed up cause the tech wouldnt even look at the bushings on the chain trolley after i mentioned the trolley. The other company came out and removed the trolley in front of me and showed me the missing bushings replaced it right then and there. My door has no made that noise since the trolley was replaced. So their was no way my door needed a tune up. This company is very dishonest. Oh yeah Dependable not so dependablr my review stands 150%. People should research who is coming out to their home before calling these people.
