The community is great, and in my past experience I loved living here. But now I absolutely do NOT recommend living here. The property manager Belinda is rude, and does not consider what is like to live in a place that she manages. She will leave you without washer and driers for five days. They will not tow cars that park in your reserved spot that you pay for. It is centralized heating and AC so you cannot chose when you want AC or heat. That was something I could live with until they changed it to RUBS illegally. This apartment will not respect the lease that you sign, and then railroad you when you stand up for yourself. If you do not know what RUBS is let me explain it to you. You will never know your utility bill because it is based on how much electricity/gas/ or water that will be used that month. It's dependent on the other residents as well. So if you work full time and go to school like me, never home, you will still be paying about $70-$200 dollars for everyone in the apartments utility use. They also have 6 people to some apartments that do not pay for their fair share of the cost. That will be on you. Let me remind you the lease that I signed was for me to pay only for what I owe by a meter, so they will ILLEGALLY change the agreement on your lease to better suit their needs. If you do not have to budget and have cash lying around to try and guess your utility bill then by all means move on it. If you want an apartment that respects you, and the agreement that you signed then run far away from this place.
