This is the third horrible experience I've had in the Service Dept. Had a 930 appt for a simple oil change which took 1hr 40 min. In the meantime, the service guy J.Miles attempts to talk (guilt) me into buying every service under the sun. By saying things like "do you want to drive your kids around breathing dirty air?" and when you decline their products and service they take their sweet time finishing your appt. We have never had an oil change there in less than 1 1/2 hours. Plus, today's "free" oil change cost me $65. It won't be any time soon that I return back to this dealership.
