I went here for years. It was sad to see after the manager I felt so comfortable leaving my car with retired. I used to enjoy seeing the manager, Joe. He was always so respectful but as I walked in today it all felt so cold. I feel that this place has now turned into one of those places where they will ALWAYS find something wrong with your car even though you were there for a oil change. And maybe I don't know about oil so much but this teacher would have loved to know that if she chose synthetic it would be more expensive. Joe would have told me! Shame on me for not asking for but shame on them for not telling me. Now after years of going to this service center I have to find a new service center that is not only out for the almighty dollar.
