Update: The last couple of times I've been here - they have this new girl working there with stink-face. Service is much slower with her and she does not communicate well on payment, loyalty card information and just bad customer service manner. (best not to go in the morning or later in the afternoon)
Returning here more often these days. Their formocha tea is the most recommended; the matcha red bean and honeydew smoothies are delicious as well. Their service is much quicker than Cha-time which I appreciate. The loyalty program is also easy to follow along and not very hidden like Cha-time with their card and receipts that don't show how close you are to the reward. Highly recommended
