I came into this public storage in a complete panic. I had been to a few places prior to stopping by here and none of them where able to help me. I needed a storage room ASAP due to a family emergency. When I walked in I was greeted by z'victoria I briefly told her by situation and she said she understood and would do whatever she could to assist me. After a few mins she set me up and I got my first month for $1. She took her time and explained every fee from locks to insurance. I am very pleased with her customer service skills I'm sure I was difficult that day because I was in a panic but she was able to happily help me.
