So my brazilian appointment was at 11:30, but the actual wax didn't start until 12:05 because the service provider was arguing on the phone with another customer. Oh, and did I mention I was waiting in the room for over 15 minutes with no pants on and A/C blasting wondering what the heck was going on?
When Summer was finally ready, she came in and instantly started complaining about the lady she'd just gotten off the phone with. Brazilians are unpleasant enough as it is, and nobody wants to hear you whine about another customer while getting waxed.
Thank God the Groupon was only $16. They do still take a credit card number to hold your appointment. One star only because the hair finally got removed. Geesh.
