I went there a few months ago to buy a bike computer. I explained that I was a relative novice rider, and that I wasn't looking for anything to expensive. the salesman tried to get me to buy the CatEye computer, which I thought was too expensive. I said I would think about it. After the salesman walked away, I noticed a different computer that had all the features that I wanted, at a much lower price. When I brought it up to the register, the same salesman was there, and he acted like I was making the wrong purchase. When I questioned his attitude, he stated 'Well I try to steer the customer towards the CatEye because it's better". While that may have been the case, I think that a better sales approach would be to point out all the products that are available, and of course make recommendations, but also, the salesman should let the customer make the final decision for themselves, and not act like they are making the wrong decision, if the salesman's recommendation is not followed.
