Initially I was scared to try TLC Pediatrics because of all the negative reviews mentioning long wait times and rude office staff. But I'm pleased to say that my first visit with Dr Matsumoto was incredibly positive. I LOVE that there's a "Well Child Entrance" and waiting room as well as a "Sick Child Entrance" and waiting room at this office. I have a 2-week old daughter; I hate the idea of sitting her down next to sick children. I'm glad I won't have to worry about that as much at TLC Pediatrics. I was also pleased with how quickly we were able to make an appointment. I called on a Monday afternoon and got my daughter an appointment for 9AM the next day. We were seen promptly and waited maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room, which I found acceptable. Both the front desk staff, nurse and Dr Matsumoto were all extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. Dr Matsumoto was warm and seemed happy to answer any and all questions that me and my husband as nervous first-time parents had. We felt confident that she cared deeply about the well-being of our daughter and cared about what was best for us all as a family unit.
