I love the guys at the meineke car care center on osborn and 24th street!!! pete, JONNY and the crew are phenomenal with their customer service and their customer satisfaction. they are excellent in finding what the customer needs for a price they can afford!
i have used their service a few times, most issues were minor, but when my car started overheating i knew it was a major issue. i took my car to them and they made sure that i didn't leave until i stopped crying. one of the mechanics drove me to drop my son off at school and then waited for me and took me home. he just kept reassuring me that everything will be alright and they will take good care of my car. 24 hours later i was able to pick my car up and make it to my office on time!
when i told my brother about the situation and the price he said that i made a good choice for my money and the quality of service. i am a customer for life!
