I have not been to the café inside the eastside cannery in years. And after the situation tonight I will NEVER step foot in this place again. It's about midnight and the host tells us to be patient with the server because they only had one. Me and my party understood so we got sat and the manager comes to our table and asks us if we wanted drinks. We were already to order so we let her know if we can just order our food (it's 3 of us total in my party) she says that there are other tables that need to order before us so we have to wait with a huge attitude. If you go to ANY restaurant and you let the manager know you are ready to order they will take the order and atleast give it to the server as they take other orders and this pig looking manager has the odassity to yell at us and tell us "if you dont wan't to wait you can just leave!" Keep in mind this is the manager !!!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I could expect it from a server but a "manager"? Seriously this place needs to take a real close look at who they have in charge because the customer service and hospitality was horrendous. I dont want to pull a race card but was it because everyone in my party was mexican and dressed in pjs? If only she knew I had $1,500 in my pocket cash to use on food and use it all on gambling at the location but SERIOUSLY will never go back. And I work for 3 local radio stations and many people follow me and I will make sure they know how poorly my experience was at this place. I wish i would have got that "manager" name but at that time we were so mad and embarrassed by the way she spoke to us in front of the 9 tables that we decided to leave the location and go to mcdonalds instead and they treated us a million times better than this junk.
