Disappointed. I took my vehicle here after a camping trip today. I usually wash it myself but was too tired so I figured I'd let the pros handle it. After I got home I inspected the work and found water spots on most every panel of the vehicle. There was still a good amount of visible dirt on the rear bumper as well as the front bumper. There was no effort applied to the wheel wells or fender cladding and the interior almost appears as though it was skipped (I'm referring to the dash board, door panels, and cup holders/gear shift as they did do a good job vacuuming). In the interest of fair reporting, I did opt for the basic wash here, but I don't think that means you should get poor quality. Based on my experience today, I would hesitate to return and would be unlikely to buy any upgraded services.
Pros: they got all the bugs off the bumper and windshield and did an alright job on the rims.
