I'm admittedly skeptical of companies that advertise the way that Fanco does (lots of splashy ads, big sales), but they sell name brands, and I had a good idea of what I wanted when I decided to stop in this store. The clerk I worked with was quite knowledgeable, and worked with me to get the style for the two ceiling fans w/lights that I wanted. I really felt like I got want I wanted, and was not ever just pushed towards something they wanted to sell.
I did get "2 for 1" pricing, and my price comparisons online later showed that I did indeed get a good price on the fans.
They contract out their installers, so I'll review them separately, but I was just as pleased with them.
