I wish I could give 6 stars. I've been going to Lynn for 10 years: prom dresses, suits and now my wedding dress. She is a master seamstress! I bought my dress at one of the more expensive/elite stores in Pittsburgh, thinking I wouldn't need a lot of alterations, but I was so wrong. The dress was cheaply made, and I was not measured properly. I felt very cheated!
Thank goodness for Lynn! She assessed the situation and was honest about how bad it was, but calmed me down and told me she could reconstruct the dress. One month later and my dress is PERFECT. She kept me updated on the status of her work and would not let me come back until she felt the dress was perfect. Lynn is a perfectionist! I'm so relieved that she fixed my wedding dress. It was worth every penny.
I should have had Lynn custom-make my dress from the beginning. Lynn saved my wedding, and I'll never go to another tailor.
