Now this is what I call a buffet! I was in town with coworkers for a conference and we figured we couldn't leave Vegas without the true Vegas food experience - an all-you-can-eat buffet. We decided on Bacchanal which was just about a 10-15 min walk from our hotel down the strip. We waited a while with our party of 7 but once we were seated we walked by the entire buffet of food, which seemed like it went on forever.
I was anxious to try a lot and I was pleased with everything I had. Favorites were the sushi, seafood paella, escargot, mashed potatoes, Parmesan fries, and crab legs. I kept going back for a little more of everything to try a variety of foods.
I was getting stuffed but saved room for some dessert. Even the dessert was amazing! The macaroons were so good and I enjoyed the cakes as well. Definitely slept good that night. At around $55 a person, it's definitely worth it!
