I bought a car from More Mazda on 2/2/2012. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. I took the car to my mechanic to be inspected the next am. They found that the car had three dry rotted tires, an oil leak, and two radiator hoses needed to be repaired. I took the car back to the dealership that afternoon and gave them a copy of the mechanic's report, they gave me a car to drive, and saturday when I asked the desk manager Darrel, what they would be fixing he told me everything. Monday afternoon they called me to tell me that the car was ready. I asked them what they fixed. They told me they replaced the tires with new ones and replaced on of the radiator hoses. I told the salesman who had handled my deal that I was told everything would be fixed. At this point I was forwarded to the General manager Tim Tracey, Who when I mentioned fixing the other issues was extremely rude, said he saw no mechanics report and that my mechanic was probably trying to rip me off, and that he had fixed everything he was going to. I told him I would send him the report, I did, he called back and said they would further investigate the car the next day for the other issues. Tuesday 2/7, they called and stated it was ready. I had the car inspected again by my mechanic today to find that they put used tires on the car. The tires have 20,000 miles left on them. Twice I was told they put new tires on the car. Only to find now that they cut corners, after being horribly nasty on the phone with me. I had threatened to contact news stations, the GM's reply was "go ahead". Horrible customer service.
