If I could give it a ZERO I would!!! This agency is a scam!!My mom has been coming here for years trusting the agents for insurance needs. My mom would renew her policy & extra charges would be added. She then referred my brother & Vanessa Valdez, the agent that day processed his insurance & told them that it was full coverage & charged them as such. Well come to find out that not only was my mom's insurance at the very basic level for coverage & overcharged but my brother was charged for full coverage & told he had it & only has liability coverage!!! His car is a newer vehicle still owed by the bank so by law he should be carrying both liability & collision!!
