When they first opened, they had an amazing selection for great prices. That's not the case anymore. I have seen many items with ripped buttons, broken zippers, etc.
When I went to sell items there, I could over hear staff speaking negatively about my style/items I brought in. Since then I have not returned. It would be one thing to say they aren't in need of an item but to call something trash or ugly while the customer is STILL in the store is just rude.
Also the new "rewards" system sucks. Wish they would've kept the old one.
This was a good store but unfortunately has slipped.
