Kristina seems very knowledgable and the service is good but it's a pain in the butt to try and make an appointment. She doesn't respond to emails or phone calls so if somehow you can get an appointment, your best bet is to make your next appointment with her while you are there. Otherwise you have to constantly pester, repeated emails and voicemails with requests for an appointment.
