This Ulta is very clean and organized, but the staff is completely hit or miss. Some employees are awesome and some are just rude. That goes the same for the managers. Also you would think that employees at a makeup store would know when the new palettes are released. Most of them have no knowledge of makeup brands at all. I think Ulta should train their staff better like Sephora does.
