Mina's has been a regular Thursday night take-out visit for us for well over a year. The food is tasty, good portions, good variety and the spring rolls are tasty without being too greasy. The bubble teas are great.
The service for dine-in is okay, but since we usually do take-out maybe we were there on an off day. The owner is extremely friendly and customer focused, though.
The restaurant itself is fairly small but there's usually a table or two available. Lots of people seem to do take-out.
There's usually plenty of parking nearby as the restaurant is in a mini-mall.
Update: July 29, 2010. There seems to be new ownership now, and the food portions are much smaller and the quality doesn't seem to be as good...
