I lived here for for almost 2 years and had to move because the walls are so paper thin that you cannot get any peace and quiet. I am not unreasonable, and recognize that it is apartment living. However, the people above me, and by people i mean 3 sets of tenants during my lease there, walked around without any care and sounded like elephants. The entrance is on a long stretch(68th st) so if you are in the first building, you hear every moron driving a Mustang and motorcyclist thinking its a drag strip. If Phx police want a speed trap, thats the place. There is no storage. I lived in multiple units while staying there because my first unit was on the 4th floor and god forbid I forget anything, the elevator is so slow its a 20 min process. It is waaay over priced. No value. If you want to live inn a "swanky" place with loud people, this is your place. Otherwise, I suggest moving on Frank Lloyd Wright where the properties are older but well built.
