Organic markets are popping up everywhere. This one is not as large as the other organic markets, but it's personable and feels friendlier than most competitors. As I hinted earlier, this is a very small market. Slightly smaller than Kriegers with less variety. Organic products are more expensive because apparently it costs more to not contaminate products with preservatives. Seems legit. Prices here are bad, but keep in mind this isn't Whole Foods, which has its own line of products like every major chain does. So you're getting organic name brand products. The store feels more like a series of smaller shops than anything. The produce and meat sections feel like separate stores. It just felt odd to me. I can't explain why. The location is confusing. Tallmadge is not an affluent suburb, so there probably wouldn't be much of a market for an organic market. It's right on the Circle, which I understand, but Tallmadge is not as health-conscious as Cuyahoga Falls or Bath (where the Mustard Seed is). It's about 3 miles from Route 8 and 2 miles from I-76, so it's fairly close to major highways in the Akron area.
