I have been going here for about a year with my pet. At first I was very pleased but now there are long wait times and they are too busy to give you individualized service. It is difficult to get them to follow up on insurance claims thru the insurance that was recommended I purchase by the vet. I'm unhappy I followed their recommendation on purchasing the insurance when it would cost me an equal amount to not have the insurance. (My dog is older so it would have probably made better sense if he was younger.) I can email or call the vet but even if I have emails that they received my claim or question they still do not follow through. The receptionists and vets are all very kind and I'm sure they mean well but it is very hard to get them to even call me back regarding my pet's x-rays that I have already paid for so I know how my pet is doing, let alone anything else. Once I get my pet's status updated and what I need from them I will not be going back to them.
