Had to come get an xray of my back, walked in, signed in and was called to the desk within 5 minutes. I got checked in on that side and was sent to the other side for insurance verification. There were several people in front of me but it only took about 5 minutes before I was called up to the desk, my info was taken and then I was sent back to the waiting room to be called.
Again it was less then 5 minutes this time my name was called, I was taken back got ready and taken into the xray room. There was a tech and a student there, the tech called my name but the student took over after that. He did explain he was a student and asked if it was ok if he takes care of me and conducts the xray. He was very polite and I did not care, it was an xray not an operation...I felt fully confident he could handle this task and agreed.
The entire process only took about 5 minutes and there no mistakes, everything was done right the first time. After he was done, I was told there was no check out process so I was good to go.
My doctor called me one day later and said the results of the xray were received which was amazing...from table to doctor in 1 day...
This was a great experience even though I don't like getting shot with radiation, this place was awesome. Everyone was very polite, the service was quick even with all the people there before me and I being a walk-in, the entire process was a pleasure.
I would recommend this location...
