I have been to epilepsy facilities in twelve states and none pulled the "pranks" I have had to deal with like this place did. The problems were not with the neurosurgery department. I did not have any neurosurgery but the Cleveland Clinic stilled billed over $132,000 in charges for merely monitoring and not all of the necessary monitoring was done. One doctor could not speak fluent English and another suggested that I return for additional monitoring. For me, this was no place of sufficient medical treatment and it turns out that Cleveland Clinic has been turned into a location where you'd go if you're interested in promoting corporate medicine. I cannot believe that I also recently received another bill for services I already paid for. It was double billing and the facility is "investigating" itself in regards to this problem. It may never stop, but I dfinitely know that I will never return!!
