The move out process with this company is horrific. Every single vendor that I had to deal with overcharged me, worked only for Invitation Homes, and swindled me at every single move. I had a mostly-broken AC from the time I moved in to the time I moved out. A fact that they blamed me for when I moved out. If you have pets PLEASE beware that Invitation Homes will use their existence to get as much money out of you as they can. Very deceptive in their practices, especially since I tried to communicate with them. I was an upstanding resident during my time renting from this company, and I was severely taken advantage of upon move out. Save yourself and make sure that you take lots of pictures and have proper documentation of everything THEIR VENDORS say. I could have saved myself time and money.
