Literally the worst. Our fireplace has been broken since December and they've had two people out so far who have yet to fix it, hopefully today is the day. We're very upset that we didn't get to enjoy our fireplace this winter. Also, calling the service department is a chore. The customer service is shocking and honestly insulting that they think it's ok to treat their customers the way they do. Sal in the Phoenix office loves to pass the buck and not do his job. We will NEVER recommend this company to any family and friends and we've told everyone about our horrible experience.
