this place is suposed to manage the property my family ownes in vegas but instead they are involved with the owner of the land who is family the person who runs the hoa.The hoa fees are $245 a month.The place is kept dirty for a reason.so the owners give up on the fees and lose the places then they do it again to the next sucker who comes Broken into mail boxes all over.all of the security gates are broken off .the nevadas finest properties people say that the cameras don't work when they do.places get broken into but they like it so they just say that the caeras are off so you give them your place back free.a dead guy was floting in the pool.trash all over the grounds and roaches infesting every apartment so they are inposible to keep rented out.when somone moves out all of the sinks and apliances are taken right infront of the cameras.all of the windows get broken out as soon as they are replaced then the nevadasfinestproperties makes more money charging you to put them back in.homless crack addicts move into the empty units. the las vegas police department stays away.
