I am a regular here. I generally like the customer service. The owner, Maya, is very friendly and goes out of her way to remember the customers' names. Susan is the best for a pedicure and Cindy is the best if you are getting "fake" nails (ie. gel or acrylic fill-in/full-set). When they are very busy, the customer service is not as great. They have a wide selection of polish colors and will serve you wine if you ask. The reasons for not giving 5 stars are: they are not great with honoring appointments & they selectively speak in Vietnamese when they don't want customers to hear the conversation, which I think is rude.
