I will not be returning! I have been going here for the last 3 years, however I had a really bad experience at my appointment yesterday evening.
Prior to my appointment I had confirmed my appointment at the original facility, then I received a message a day later to be inform that they had moved locations, but I had already confirmed! This was a day before my appointment so I had no time to make different arrangements.
On the day of my appointment I starting out with waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes, after I had left work early to be there on time. I had to ask the front desk coordinator to see how much longer the wait would be because of a dinner reservation, needless to say that I missed...The assistant staff was very unprofessional and were having discussions about how and when they turned in their resignation requests to the other facilities that they transferred from. Then I saw Dr. Sam about some pain that I have been feeling after receiving a filling with the dentistry months prior, he then referred me to Dr. P. When Dr. P came in to see me he then referred me back to Dr. Sam, neither one seemed to have taken the time to review my patient file or maybe they lost it. Either way I did not receive the professional care that I was expecting. And I left with my mouth still bleeding.
