Took my 04 Trailblazer in with an issue turning on my a/c. It was diagnosed as a bad a/c compressor. Being a former tech, that did not sound right, so I got a second opinion at Family Auto care (no fees for diagnostics) and they said it is the IAC was defective, that the compressor was fine. To replace the IAC is about 400 bucks, the A/C compressor would have been almost a $1000. bucks. I'll let the public decide, but they missed the mark by quite a bit AND charged me 55.00 bucks for a bad diagnosis. Won't be back...ever.
