Procedure to have a broken plastic part replaced under warranty at this dealership: 1.) you call the service department to ask about their opening times so that you don't make the trip for nothing. They will tell you "until 7pm for express oil changes, otherwise until 6pm" 2.) you make the trip, get there around 5 pm and the service adviser will tell you "all mechanics have left, we have to schedule an appointment to find out what part we have to order. (Obviously the first trip to the dealership serves the purpose of introducing yourself and your car to the dealership) 3.) 2nd trip to the dealership: Serves the purpose to find out which part has to be ordered. 4.) 3rd trip to the dealership: Serves the purpose of having the broken part swapped out. I tried to discuss the necessity of having to make 3 trips and to drive 180 miles just to replace a simple plastic part with his majesty the service manager Dave but he would not grant me an audience or simply return my phone call.
