I used to love this place. They used to be amazing. I started going here over 10 years ago and moved with them when they relocated. However, each year they get worse. The front office constantly makes mistakes, they seem to be not really interested in you, and now they want you to come in quarterly. Someone I had recommend them to just told me he is dropping them. They refused to refill his ALLERGY medicine because he hadn't come in in the last quarter. The same medicine he has taken for years. For me, I have been on the same meds pushing 5 years and they give me grief for not wanting to come in every 6 months and then threaten me with quarterly. They hold you hostage just to get their visits in so they can bill insurance. It is easy to see how Merle has decided to respond to Obamacare. He is going to bilk his clients for every penny rather than providing the care that made me love this place years ago.
