I called Diamond Towing recently after my car had broken down on the highway. It was dark out (it gets dark fairly early now in Vegas with the winter approaching) and I felt uneasy about having to pull over and wait for help. I had heard about Diamond from a friend and had luckily saved their phone number in my cell in case of an emergency. I explained my situation to the dispatcher and they sent someone right away. Jake was the driver of the tow truck and he was extremely personable, kind, and worked quickly to get my car towed to my mechanic so that it could be fixed.
