If I could give zero stars, I would. They showed up around the time stated. They cleaned a few windows well. They were very nice, until I asked if they could rewipe down the bathroom counters. They only cleaned for 2.5 hrs and I paid for 6 hours of deep cleaning and up to 25 windows. They didnt sweep or mop the floors, except the laundry room, which they used Lysol wipes on the tile. They only wiped down one ceiling fan. They totally missed cleaning the den, except to vacuum the floor. None of the shelves were dusted or cleaned. They randomly dusted other shelves. They used wet Lysol wipes on our computers and TV's. They left wet wipes on the bed, so they soaked through. This was the worst experience we've ever had. I also called Candace, the manager to voice my dissatisfaction. She said they would have to come back out to finish. There is no way I would let them back in my house. No apologies, no remedy. Stay away from this company!
