Moving into a place with our mom-in-law and Desert Realty has made this a nightmare. When the new company requested materials they took forever to send things over and they straight up lied about several things. When she first moved into her condo the washer was broken and they made her pay for repairs. Someone broke a window in the middle of the night and they charged her for it. The sliding back door was also out of whack on move-in and want to charge to fix it. She tried to get a statement from the maintenance guy about the window and he was scared of being fired if he said anything They make it very clear they don't want kids on the property. Since they can't legally prevent them from moving in they have all these rules in place that are anti-children. Such as no playing outside (not an exaggeration). Even my realty agent said she didn't get why they were being so vindictive when other property managers gave mom a good review. They should be ashamed of themselves. Yelp needs negative stars for companies like this.
