Well, I was originally going to give a 3-star rating, but upped it to 4 because my others in my party enjoyed their steaks. We've eaten at Gallagher's several times before, but this experience was completely underwhelming. We went here for my dad's 65th birthday. Our waiter could really seem to care less about our table, so that was a bit of a disappointment for the amount of money being spent on our dinner. I had the bone-in New York strip. The outside tasted burnt. I would take Capital Grille over this place any day. I left half the steak on the table. My dad enjoyed his prime rib. It was a huge cut and very tender. My mom and husband both enjoyed their filets as well. Decent size and also very tender. While Gallagher's is usually a tradition for us on our Vegas trips, I think next time we'll try another steakhouse. There's too many steakhouses in Vegas to settle for average.
