I had an appt ointment set up for between 2 and 4 and waited till 5. No show. I call and the answering service was in my opinion rude and said I'm the one that spoke to you and told you there would be a 15 minute lead. First off I don't remember her saying this. Second what does that mean. I didn't realize someone would be calling ne prior since I gave them detailed info including the gate code to get in so I didn't have my phone by me. If you use this company make sure you remember they are going to give you a fifteen minute lead.
