This review is based on CenturyLink as a whole and their service -- it's garbage. We had their internet for 12 months and it was trash the entire time, always cutting out, always dropping, always throttling. When we finally decided to stop using them, we returned the modem and a month later I'm getting calls from collection agencies saying I owe $171 for an unreturned modem. Sorry but the prepaid return label they gave me (1ZX738X79070648952) says it was returned on September 8th. No rep seems to want to help or make sure they're not trying to charge us for the modem even though we used their return label to return it. I've blocked all their collection agency numbers and moved onto Cox. Absolute nightmare to deal with their customer service and constant dropped internet connection.
