I don't know why the customer service is so terrible at this location. I don't want to blame it all on the fact that the employees here are younger, maybe less tenured so maybe training? Management? I tend to steer clear of this store because of bad experiences in the past and because they don't have the selection the Chandler Mall location has but today I was in the area and decided to stop in. The sale items were great but I was completely ignored by the men's department staff (by shoes Dept) and when I did ask a question it was like I was bothering them. I was at the Chandler Mall location earlier and the staff there is top notch. My experience was somewhat saved by the young lady in the kids department who was very helpful and nice. Back to Chandler Mall I go.
